babattery hot, no work any more January 1, 2009 Herber (latin America) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
After two months of use, the t400 turn off when the battery still charge on my PC dell, the temperature turn high and not work anymore; sometimes start but the screen looks without light, I can't see any picture or video, and stop after play one song, don't start after the battery is totally discharge and charged. I can't return the t 400 because the shipping from my country is most expensive than one new
Greatest MP3 ever owned August 26, 2008 Roderick Ledda (vallejo, california United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I owned an ipod, a zune, and creative zen, this little thing killed the other mp3 by a simple solution: its audio fidelity is amazing compared to the three, and its equalizer settings are just perfect, I do not have to change it, and I tested the duration of the gadget and its about 15 hours. Though the memory is a bit low, but the audio fidelity blows its away. If you are into sound quality and not space, well, this would be the best pick out there, and great for running, and I exercise a lot, and this really helps out: small and compact. Thanks for a great product.
Excellent MP3 player; easy to use; great sound June 16, 2008 BTC (Lexington, KY USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is my first MP3 player and, like another reviewer, I now see why these are so popular. I've been transferring my CDs to it, taking it to the gym, and plugging it in to the auxiliary input on the car stereo. It's great not having to lug CDs on a trip. I really like being able to select Play All and Shuffle to mix up the tunes while driving. Great device, very easy to use, great sound. I didn't think I would like earbuds, but they are very comfortable and have a good sound. The unit itself sounds even better with a pair of Jensen 'phones I use at work. My only complaint is with the reviews I found on other sites that indicated the T400 had a line-in recording feature like the U202. I have a large collection of vinyl dating back to the '60's that I would like to transfer. If I can find a U202 on a closeout deal, I may pick one up so I can get started on that project.
Gigabeat is "Ok" May 19, 2008 Allan C. Johnson (Minneapolis, MN) 0 out of 7 found this review helpful
The gigabeat leaves a bit to be desired. Overall though, for the cost, it's worth the money.

I had purchased the Toshiba MET400-BL Gigabeat for myself and my husband to join the 21st century in technology. I now understand what the praise for the mp3 was all about. It is just great having all of your music in the palm of your hands. The clarity of the sound makes you feel like your inside the studio. If your of the older generation it is easy to use and easy to install the music. The screen is of good size so you can actually see the pictures. If you have been thinking about a mp3 you cannot go wrong with this item.
