This wasn't difficult to assemble but it was hard to bolt it up on the ceiling and put the TV in it. Make sure you reinforce it. Now that it is in place, I like having the TV up and out of the way. I've had this product for over two years and it's very sturdy. If I move, I'm taking it with me.
