Everything was shipped perfectly and on time, it was just the product that sucked. It's not all that loud, and it's super cheesey. One thing, there is nothing blocking the button that discharges the air to make the screech, so it can easily go off in a purse, pocket, bag, etc. br / br /It's easier and louder just to scream if you're being attacked, and if you do feel you need something like this, get an electronic version that doesn't have a limit on usage other than battery life.

I ordered Screechers for my daughter and her roommate at college. They joke around about them but they carry them everywhere. My daughter just asked me to get some for two more of her friends. I feel better about my daughter living in a large city, while at college, when she is walking around with a container of mace and an earsplitting alarm in her hand.

This product was purchased for my daughter who is away at college. Tracking information was provided and item was delivered as promised. Initial test by my daughter indicates it is loud as heck, I can only hope 4 stars is a low rating.
