I've read some reviews before I bought this, and many people said that it eventually starts skipping, didn't think this would happen to me, but it did. Just recently. I bought this June 19 08, so it took only 5 months for this to happen. It changes sides 2 or 3 times, then the cassette gets ejected. Don't buy this. Unless you don't care about paying $8 every 5 months for a cassette adapter.

snapped it in the deck... sound out of only one channel... every other function (recorded cassette, am fm radio) works both channels... returned it... like neil young said, "when i got it home it was a piece of crap"... and a flimsy piece of crap at that

I tried one of the FM receiver adapters to listen to my iPod in the car, but it was junk, especially compared to the cassette adapter...fortunately I have both cassette cd capabilities in my vehicle...I recommend this to anyone who has a cassette player in their vehicle wants the option of listening to their iPod through their vehicle's speakers!
