Customer Reviews:
Terrible June 28, 2007 M. Greenfield This tv has died 2x in the last year. I have had to spend 50 each time to ship it in for repair. I do NOT recommend this model at all!
Nice with reservations October 18, 2006 K. Holmes (Tulsa, OK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This TV's remote & controls are not user friendly at all - the Cox cable remote cannot be programmed to operate the TV. Confirmed this with both Cox & ViewSonic. Kind of a pain to have to use 2 remotes for all operations. Minor annoyance - sleep timer only goes to max of 60 minutes, closed caption cannot be set to engage when mute button is depressed. Display on screen showing channel is *very tiny*, and is a fluorescent green color that is pretty impossible to see unles it's on a black background. Buttons on remote are also very small Overall since the picture is great I'll be OK with this unit, but if I'd known then what I know now I think I'd have spent a few more $$ to get something more convenient that would have a good display even from an analog signal.
