I have had Infinity car speakers before and have been very very pleased with them. These speakers are comparible. They have a tight controlled sound with accurate reproduction, and I have a good ear for these things. BUT....they do not have much bass. This is not a complete surprise, as the frequency response for these speakers only goes down to 46 Hz. For terrific sound, you need to add a subwoofer that goes down further. I reccomend 20Hz. If you want some good advice, here it is: The human ear can hear frequencies down to 20 Hz, and up to 20,000 Hz (give or take). SO, when you shop for any audio device, look for the capability of either sending (amps, CD players)20-20,000 Hz, AND speakers that are capable of reproducing 20-20,000 Hz. Sometimes this means that you have to add a subwoofer (get one with an amp built into it...you'll need the extra wattage to drive the woofer). A few more$$, but the audio quality reproduction is worth it!

I have had the 6022si speakers for a month now and they sound great. The bass is adequate, but would be better if there were a little more power going to the speakers. The stereo imaging from these is fantastic. The adjustable tweeters really help. The vocals and highs are crisp and clean. I highly recommend them. Bump the power up to 30 or 40 watts RMS and they will really blow your socks off.
