Boss Audio 740UA CD/MP3 Receiver w review October 28, 2008 Rafael Diaz (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) This product has a great variety of options to be played. Is easy to use and with the remote control, the driver can choose whatever he wants. The only problem, is to tune the stations, it has a bad reception and sometimes you loose the station you are listening.
Solid reciever September 30, 2008 R dubs (Sunnyvale California) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the first time ive ever bought a car stereo, and I was skeptic of boss audio because of the price, but it had everything I needed. People had given negative reviews to other models but I am very happy with this unit. I liked all the hookups and the MOFSET is pretty loud. I have 2 6.5in fusions and 2 6x9 fusions, in addition to a fusions Sub and amp. the system is great, and Its great to have mp3 inputs in the rear in addition to the front because Ive hooked up my phone/mp3 through the rear and it looks clean for my dock. Ive been using it for about 6 months now and I take care of it...never broken or anything. Highly suggest for someone looking for a simple reciever that doesnt want to buy a seperate amp.
Good and Cheap July 5, 2008 Benjamin W. Mayer (Iowa) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This cd player seems to work well. I have this head unit paired with some boss 6.5 inch speakers and it sounds pretty good, especially for the price. This cd player was about the cheapest WMA player that I could find. The face plate seems a little cheap but overall I like it so far. It would be nice if you could dim the display at night but owell.
