GREAT CABLE FOR SOUND TRANSFER October 12, 2008 Reuben Tayengwa (FL, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use this cable to transfer sound from my laptop to my HDTV. Works well, no complaints.
Good cable for the price September 7, 2008 Preston S. Page (St. Louis, MO USA) A good value for the price. The sheath is surprisingly tangle free for its diameter. For my application, though, I needed to add ferrite cores to reduce induction noise. For this kind of thing, it would be cheaper to buy a cable that comes with ferrite cores.
This cable is handy ... June 30, 2008 Midwest birdwatcher (SW Missouri) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
... for transferring recordings from cassette tape to PC. One end goes in the headphone jack of a cassette player and the other goes into the microphone jack of the PC. I use it with free, open source software (Audacity) to edit and save old tape recordings to disc.
Use from laptop to LCD TV! June 26, 2008 G. Martin (Glendale, Ca.) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
You'll need these if you want to transfer the laptop's sound to your LCD TV. I use these with 10ft Pro Series HD15 M/M SVGA Monitor Cable. Like I write in the title I use this from my laptop to 32" LCD TV! Only reason to do so is to play Netflix instant movies from the "net" without having to watch them on the laptop's 15" screen! At 12' I can pretty much place the laptop anywhere I choose. You could just as easily do the same thing with your desktop PC to your LCD TV, so long as you have the connectors match up. Lastly, it is a way to use your TV as a monitor, whether or not you play movies
Good Product May 9, 2008 J. Rubin (Tacoma, WA) I wanted to transfer the sound from my PC to the speakers on my flat screen and this cord worked very well and appears to be very durable.
