After scrambling over some rocks and putting a huge scratch on the screen of my 400 some dollar GPS I decided that carrying cases were not just for posers anymore. :)
Pros:
1. Covers all the vital parts.
2. Sturdy, well made.
3. Little to no loss of screen clarity.
Cons:
1. Have to take cover off every time you want to sync maps or replace batteries.
2. Buttons are much harder to press.

For anyone purchasing an expensive Garmin GPS unit this is a must have to protect that investment. I have used it with my Garmin GPSMAP60csx and have had no problems accessing or using the unit's function keys. Very durable and totally encloses the unit to ensure protection.
