It comes with a sleekly styled base that can be removed for wall mounting with optional hard ware. p In addition to DVD movie and CD audio discs, the DVD player is compatible with DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, and CD-R/RW discs, and it can display photo slideshows from JPEG image files burned to disc. This set features a 1280 x 1024-pixel resolution, 4:3 standard aspect ratio, 450 cd/m2 (candela per square meter) brightness rating, and 400:1 contrast ratio. (The higher the contrast ratio, the greater a TV's ability to display subtle color details and not get washed out by ambient room light.) I sent this TV back and got the Polaroid. About the same price and much better quality. The Coby picture quality was just fair, sound quality is poor and the on-scren display is sooooo small you cannot read it from any distance; not even a few feet away. Don't reccommend this TV.

PROS: Good picture, multi-functional. DVD players works well and has the capability to scan forward in small segments. CONS: Built-in speakers are tinny; there are no output jacks of any kind for external speakers or personal headphones.
