Item did have the minimal damage for a used receiver. However the receiver did not come with the card or the remote(costing me more money). In the end I feel it would of been a better buy if I would of just purchased a new receiver.

The DirectTV receiver I purchased still has an unsettled account with past due charges attached to it. I want my money back!

I ordered a "new, in the box" DirecTV receiver. I received an obvious used one that could be detected by the condition of the "new" box and the torn and ripped plastic covering around the receiver. I probably would have kept and used the receiver knowing that it wasn't new upon a proper adjustment, but the receiver was missing the access card, making it useless. I sent the receiver back and am waiting to see if my credit card is properly credited.
I will not order from this site again.

Just like modern day computers - plug and play. Just activate the card that comes with it, and you're ready to go. It was easy to program, and the quality of picture is as good as the picture I get from my Direct TV installed receiver.

good and very simple product I just hook it up turn on tv and call directv to activate the box in just a minute the picture came out I am very happy with the product.I will recommend this satellite to a friend.
