This product works well but you can get it cheaper from directv for just 50 dollars with free shipping

after searching for alternative options to receive HD channels in local areas that are not provided by directtv. this was the answer.
The AM21 also works with the HR22 and HR23 as well as HR21. December 1, 2008

FYI: The title is a bit misleading now that the newer HR22 and HR23 are available. Both of those also work with the AM21. The HR20 is the only HD DVR from DirecTV that doesn't work because it has it's own, built in Over The Air (OTA) tuners.
