The Accelar 1200 can be configured with up to 12 Gigabit Ethernet ports, up to 96 autosensing 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet ports, ninety-six 100BASE-FX ports for fiber connectivity, or with a combination of the three technologies. For enhanced reliability, the Accelar 1200 switch can be equipped with redundant power, redundant gigabit links (LinkSafe), and redundant switch fabric modules. All modules are hot swappable.
