I use it on an "old" dual-LNB dish. It works as advertised. We can now watch one channel and record a different channel. It also allows for the addition of extra Directv receivers, on their own channels, without having to get a new dish with more LNB's. Easy to install. I find the compression RG6 connectors to be more reliable than crimp-tpye connectors.

I bought this to run a new line to my attic office for DirecTv. Worked perfectly splitting the signal coming into our second floor with a new 25 foot run to the attic. Both sets are crystal clear.

I'm so glad we looked at Amazon and found this multi-switch. We saved a bundle by not having a service call from Directv. It was simple to replace and works perfectly. Highly recommend it to anyone who's having problems. We got zapped by lightning and started having several channels just not show up. This solved the problem.

What more can I say? It works as advertised. Having terminators included as part of the product was a very nice plus. Our previous multiswitch did not include them.

The directv installers did not install any kind of multiswitch, just a connector in the basement. Removed the connector, installed the multiswitch, and it worked. Piece of cake, 5 minute install, no problems at all.
