We have had our Panasonic phone for years and people were constantly telling us to speak louder, they couldn't hear us. I bought this battery, based on the opinions of other users and am extremely satisfied! I don't have to yell in my phone any more. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Amazon web site confusing. Searched on one particular battery and it gave me 3 or 4 so I took the highest capacity. Result = wrong battery. Now I have to deal with a third party vendor somewhere in the bowels of Brooklyn to return and get a refund. Unpleasant. Amazon, you can do better than this.
Simple easy replacement adds years to the life of the phone August 6, 2008

The batteries are the only part of the phones that let us down and once we discovered the higher capacity ones about four years ago we haven't had to replace them yet.

I purchased this battery to replace the ailing batteries in my 4 Panasonic phones (curiously they all seemed to go out around the same time). I've had these for quite a while now and they have already lasted longer than the original. I can only highly recommend them.
