Product Description Since it fits right over your camera's existing lens system, a wide-angle and telephoto converter affects the full zoom range of your camera's lens. A wide-angle converter increases your angle of view - scenes include more of the landscape, groups include more people, and interiors show more of the room. A .45x wide-angle converter DOUBLES your angle of view, allowing you to get twice as much in the picture (AND your telephoto setting also becomes wider; not zooming in as close). A 2.2x converter will double your camera's maximum focal length, bringing things twice as close. An Opteka conversion lens can actually improve the image that your digital camera receives, and it's about the only accessory that can. By eliminating flare and ghosting, the ugly cousins of reflection and refraction, before they get to your camera's original lens system, your camera gets a much cleaner image to digitize. Plus, an Opteka converter allows you to use a more optimal part of your original lens system, resulting in more crisp imagery. Enjoy all of the benefits of the Opteka HD .45x Wide Angle 2.2x Telephoto Professional Lenses, plus you get the Following Brand New Items: Opteka High Definition Pro Filter Kit (UV, Polarizing, and fluorescent), a Lens/Filter Adapter for your camera, Opteka Tabletop Tripod, 5 Piece Camera Lens Cleaning Kit, 53" Deluxe Professional Video/Camera Tripod, and a Samsonite Deluxe Carry-All Camera Case. Increase your cameras capabilities with this full accessory kit! Opteka lenses and filters are covered by a lifetime warranty.

Not much practical use November 11, 2008 Ambi (Corvallis OR) This comes exactly as described and on time, so I have no complaints there. br /However, I have found not much practical use for it. Maybe I am not a good enough photographer but I dont see much difference in my pictures with or without the lenses.
KIT July 31, 2008 Dionisie Lupanciuc The bag is OK, the tripod is one of the worst I've seen, but it does it's functions. The lenses are very bad. They don't work, as they should be, they even distort the picture, the filters are pretty good, but I don't use them often, the cleaning kit is good. br /Overall I don't think this is a good kit, but it's something to get started, to play around if you are an amateur and you don't want to spend much money.
If it looks to good to be true , sometimes it is that good March 27, 2008 S. Baker (fairfield, CT) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Amazing deal , just kept getting better. Came with the adapter for conversion lens, wish i had known , and also a super macro lense, which I must say is amazing at the detail it can capture. The wide angle works excellent, is great for the panoramic shot, as well as group photos , and landscapes, all with sharp brillance, especially when combined with an included filter, which by themselfs are a true value. The telephoto conversion does take some time to get used to , and in the instruction booklet included with both lenses, as well as a lifetime warranty that protects the buyer from any defects from workmanship, less shipping and handling, does tell you to use at smallest opening , also you have to adjust the focul range through camera's menu located by the menu key , when you are in any mode other then auto, also make sure to highlight the " coversion feature " which adapts the camera functions to the lens being used. Overall am completely satisfied and blown away that deals this good can still be found, will provide hours of enjoyment for both the beginner and aspiring photographer.
Powershot Accessory Kit Review January 18, 2008 A. Mccormack (BostonScout) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Be sure you need all this stuff. It seemed like a good deal but when I got it I realized I really don't need the telephoto lens and I already had a better camera bag. Really, I should have just gotten the wide angle lens and saved some money but the vendor was great. One of the pieces didn't fit and they send me a new one straightaway for free.
47th St.=SHADY dealer and low quality lens January 10, 2008 Elijah R. Cory (Central California) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
As those of you who research these things know...47th ST. has the shady reputation of "confirmation calls", "heavy upselling", low priced advertised products being "out of stock", etc. Check ALL these Camera/Electronic "resellers" in [...] to get info. The product itself is flimsy with low quality lenses which seriously degrade the image quality of your camera. Better to spend a bit more and go for quality.
