Purchased to house an external WD drive. Very solid construction, with all corners quite rigid and durable. It would seem to take a fairly large amount of weight centered directly on top with the case laid perfectly flat to do any damage. Convenient interior pouch on one interior side for USB cable etc., with strap to secure hard drive on the other flap. Perfect for this type of application and recommended.

Bought these cases to house WD Essential drives (120 GB and 160 GB). I found that each case will actually hold two drives! Well worth the cost. They are really solid and built to protect the contents.

I am using the case for my Western Digital Passport drive. The case is a little big but it does the job. I usually put the HD in the side with the net where cables are supposed to go. It holds it in place well. The case is hard enough to prevent damage to the HD.

I purchased this product (IN BLACK)based on the suggested Amazon match up with my 320 GB Toshiba Portable hard drive. If it's still active: [...] br /It's a good fit. br / br /Of course, I don't think I would have paid $18. I only paid $14 for it and feel that it is totally worth that. Also, I have confidence in Case Logic Products from previous purchases. br / br /It's not completely snug fit, but it slides back and forth within an acceptable range for me. appx 1/4" - 1/2" br / br /INSIDE: There is Elastic band to hold the device on one side of the case, and a mesh netting on the other for misc. storage br / br /EXTERIOR: unknown synthetic -- decent durable material br / br /I am totally confident chucking this thing in my back pack while it gets crushed with textbooks. Get it now! (but maybe when it's cheaper, or spend more than [...]to save on shipping?) br / br /
