The HP laptop that I bought has a rounded edge which slips off of most laptop supports. I wish I had realized that this was going to be a problem. I would have chosen a different computer with rectangular boxlike edges rather than curved ones. I tried every laptop support that I could find in any store and this is the only one that I could come up with. I don't need any of the electronic features that are the reason for the high price.
