This product is a piece of garbage. Here's a list of reasons why(I bought it for my Acer 5610-4491). br /1. It in fact does not provide the voltage required for many of the claimed supported laptops. br /2. None of the supplied tips come remotely close to the adapter port on the laptop. br /3. the black wire coverer thing (I don't know what it's called) broke apart by the plug a week after receiving this product (It is too rigid). br /4. It overheats ridiculously due to its small size. br /5. It took over two weeks for it to ship.
