4 out of 5 stars Great solution   September 30, 2008
Mel Mar (Chicago, IL USA)
These are great. I have small ears, and have a hard time keeping earbuds in when I work out. My shuffle clips right to these, so they stay on without any cords to get in the way. The only problem is that they are not adjustable, so they're a little big - but they sit right above my ponytail and stay put pretty well.

5 out of 5 stars Great   September 3, 2008
Patricia Andrasek (Parma, OH)
These headphones are wonderful. After trying several different types, these are my favorite for the Shuffle. The sound quality is great and they stay in place, even when running a 5K.

2 out of 5 stars Not for average to small heads   August 28, 2008

I purchased these today and couldn't wait to take them out of the box. Here it is an hour later and they're packed up ready to go back for a refund. Like many I agree that the idea behind these is awesome! I love my shuffle but the cords can be annoying. I've put off buying these due to the $50 pricetag but finally caved after I received some gift cards. br / br /As some have stated, they are extremely flimsy which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, due to the size of my head (or ears one), once I put them on, the bulk of the actual earphones (aka, the greatest sound producing section) rested just below the ear canal more one the lobe. This meant much of the sound escaped and was lost so it was not as enjoyable as in-ear phone or earphones that rest right on the ear canal. I tried to compensate by kicking the volume up A LOT but with the phones being below the canal the sound was just too poor. When I used my hands and raised the phones so that they rested right where they should be, the sound was better but still pretty cheap for what you spend on them. They also started to give me a headache after just two minutes due to the pressure points that the plastic arches hit behind my ears. br / br /All in all, the sound quality isn't that great even when placed correctly and the lack of size adjustments make this a gamble for anyone with a noggin like mine. Maybe this style just isn't for me, but I suggest that if possible, go to a store and beg them to let you "try before you buy."

3 out of 5 stars Great idea, but room for improvement   August 27, 2008
Pinhead (Wisconsin)
Love the idea of the wireless shuffle headphones! Earbuds don't stay in my ears, and other headphone cords tend to be too long for easy portability. These cordless headphones were great for walking/running/lawn mowing activities for about a month, but then the center hinge broke, rendering them useless. As others have commented, they felt too big for my (female) head and there was no way to adjust the size--they never fell off, but felt like they could. br / br /Wait for a sturdier, cheaper, adjustable model.

3 out of 5 stars iPOD Shuffle Headphones, too big for many..   August 13, 2008
K. Sweeney (Wisconsin)
Bought these headphones to use while running with my ipod shuffle. They work just fine but are quite large. That is, if you have big head (physically) they are probably great. I have an average sized (female) head and they are too big. I was really hoping they would work but the smallest setting was still too big. The sound was fine so I don't want to be too negative about them, just know that they are really made for adult men.
