Its a good converter it just work fine simple to plugin work with great features and a usefull remote to. br /Only prob is that it does not have sound output even for the s-video.so if you are using a laptop it will play the music on your laptop speakers or your external box.so you need to buy a 3.5mm Stereo pin converting to RCA jacks

I had a problem with video output on certain TV sets and contacted the company's tech support department. When I described the problem as occurring on some TV's but not others, the response was, "That's very unusual. That shouldn't happen." This was the extent of the help they had to offer. In fairness, after I returned the converter I found on my own that I needed to adjust settings in my laptop for certain displays, so ultimately the problem was not the box itself. However it seems to me that their tech support should have known something about this or at least advised me that the problem was probably in the computer's display settings. The return process was byzantine as well.

Watch Netflix or WMP on your TV. Has S-video and a single video output. Quality is great. You must use your pc sound and send it to your tv!. Text on a 60 inch projection TV is okay. Use the power adapter or USB power. All cables are included; Except I had to get a sound card cable 3.5mm to the red and white audio cable to plug into the tv sound input. Set up was 2 minutes. Basically its a dual monitor -- pc desktop and at the same time a desktop on your TV.
