Product Description The Nav-Mat is the most convenient mounting accessory for your portable GPS today. Using the physics of weight distribution along with high tech anti-skid materials, it creates a solid mounting base while turning your windshield mounted GPS into a dash mounted GPS.The Nav-Mat conforms to the contours of your dashboard, allowing it to work on uneven or textured surfaces while the anti-skid underside keeps the device from sliding. Designed to work with devices up to several pounds using the windshield suction mount sold with most popular GPS units, the Nav-Mat requires no tools for installation and can easily be moved from vehicle to vehicle or put out of sight when exiting the vehicle. Also works well with other Bracketron Windshield Mounts for mounting devices such as Satellite Radio, Cell Phones and MP3 Players.

Does the job - recommended November 20, 2008 S. Melsheimer (Seneca, SC) Works as you would expect -- attach a GPS to the dash pad sing the suction mount, sit the dash pad on the dash. Holds its position pretty well, even with sloping dash. Can move a bit on "washboard" type road, but not a major problem.
works great November 19, 2008 JimS (n california) This item was purchased with a magellan GPS unit. The GPS units windshield mount fits in the base of the Bracketron. The dash pad is a few pounds and the GPS unit doesn't slide around even in a panic stop.
good GPS mount November 19, 2008 Sally boy (Staten Island,N.Y.) I used this Dash Pad for the first time on a trip from New York to Florida in my 2008 Honda Accord with my MIO C520 GPS it worked great. It didn't move around on my dash at all. It's amazing how it stays on the dash. I've used it now for about 3 weeks I have no complaints.
Excellent dash mat for GPS November 19, 2008 C. Gradis (Playa del Rey, CA United States) I use this mat with my Garmin Zumo 550. The Garmin came with the stick on disc but I didn't want to affix anything permanent to my dash. This mat holds the Garmin securely and doesn't move around as I drive. This mat is also the least expensive I could find. I highly recommend it.
Excellent bean bag for GPS! November 19, 2008 PMPCertified Stable, easy to use, excellent design - what else can I say about a bean bag for a GPS? It's the most practical way to mount a car GPS without bothering with suction cups. It only takes seconds to hide away the GPS when parking in a public place, move it to another vehicle, or put it back in place for operation. br / br /I used a GPS bean bag for the first time when renting a car at AVIS and was very impressed by its practicality and flawless operation (believe me - no matter how hard you turn that corner, that baby stays put!).
