BrilliantStore's Dell e1505 Laptop Battery is DEFECTIVE. br / br /They start out fine, but quickly, the batteries stop holding a charge. Within a few weeks, you'll go from only being able to charge the battery to 99%, to only being able to charge the battery to 50%. br / br /DO NOT BUY THEIR DEFECTIVE BATTERIES. br / br /They will also make you pay all the shipping costs for sending back their defective batteries for returns. br / br /DON'T BUY FROM BRILLIANTSTORE OR YOU WILL RECEIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. br /

I purchased this battery 3 weeks ago. The first time I charged it, it only charged to 74%. Since then, the battery's maximum charge has decreased every day. It will now only charge to 48%. br / br /I tried on several occasions to contact BrilliantStore's customer service department; however I have been unsuccessful. I've called them during their specified working hours and each time an answering service picked up and told me they were not available and to either call back later or leave a message with them. I left a message with them and they never called me back. br / br /I've filed a request through Amazon concerning my return and hopefully they'll be able to resolve it.

I purchased this battery for my Dell E1505 because the original battery life was terrible after only one year (only 25 minutes of life). Now I get around 3 hours(+). With wireless card off and screen brightness turned down I get up to 5.5 hours. br / br /I recommend this to anyone with a E1505.

Why pay more when everything make-in-china any way? br /this one work great and "not cheap" less expensive than Dell branch, and has more juices, means last longer.
