Item worked perfectly and did everything I was hoping for with a nice long cord and the ability to press shutter halfway to focus and then press completely to take pic I was able to practice portraits of myself. br / br /Unfortunatly it only worked well for one session, now it works very inermittenlty, 7-10 presses sometimes to get it to snap, does not get much more annoying than that. br / br /Would not recommend, pretty useless.

I like the remote release cord very much. The shipping time,(which is very important to me) was excellent!

Worked great with my D300 for about the first 100 shots, then started working intermittently. Apparently the cord broke near or at the end with the switch release. It has easy access to the wires so I will be cutting the wire short about 8" and solder the three wires back on the switch. I'm also going to order a better quality release and use this as a backup.

Works perfectly. The Opteka remote feels well constructed and the two-stage button and shutter-lock slider are firm and smooth. Great price, excellent value.
