wrong adapter for my needs March 14, 2010 James Tryon The adapter I actually needed was different than the one I found through amazon. The detgails were subtlely different. Can't really do a review, although the item I needed had become not available in stores antwhere so I found what I thought was the right one at amazon, ,,,,not!

There is another option to get internet to your blu-ray! I used my old wireless router as wireless access point in my living room. Then you can run a cat-5 cable to your blu-ray, TV, etc. Much better than $80 for this.
is this linkstick absolutely required? February 28, 2010 Peter S. Henley (Chevy Chase, MD) Can anyone tell me what is so special about this Samsung - LinkStick ? Is it not possible to attach a USB wifi and connect to the router? Is there some proprietary code that only works with the player that is "worth" $80?
Can't live without this! February 28, 2010 DT (USA) I LOVE this thing! We bought the Samsung Blueray that streamed Netflix and were disappointed to find you had to buy one more piece to get it to work properly. That's my only complaint. I'm so happy we now bought this LinkStick because before now we had a wire running through our house to the router and well...it was a safety hazard and tacky! We stream Netflix daily and we love being able to do it wirelessly!! If you buy the BlueRay don't forget to buy this lil gadget too you'll be glad you spent the extra $80! We tried other wireless LAN adapters but you have to splurge and spend the money on the SAMSUNG one - it's the only thing that actually works and it does work well! We are very happy with our purchase.
Samsung Wirekess Lan February 27, 2010 F. Shamshiri The adapter works perfectly. No problem at all. I am able to connect both, my Samsung TV and Blue Ray player to Internet via networking very easy.
