Based on experience with professional photographers from all over the world Kata has developed DPS as the solution for anyone who demands a photo carrying case, backpack or pouch to perform at the highest levels in any environment. The DR-467 Digital Rucksack features a unique TST RIB structural protection for two D/SLR with mounted lens, 3-4 lenses, flash etc. + personal gear and a laptop. By removing the padded bottom camera insert you can easily convert this rucksack from a camera bag to a daypack when not shooting. The main compartment holds a D/SLR in top grip position while the modular dividers system will separate, organize and protect lenses, flashes and other accessories to suit your particular needs. The dedicated padded laptop compartment will hold and protect up to a 17 laptop. The large top compartment will hold personal gear or additional equipment, and the internal pockets and mp3 player pouch will allow you to organize your personal effects as efficiently as your photographic gear. Ample external pockets allow quick zippered access to supplies and a water bottle/ tripod support pocket pulls out from a side pocket. Included rain cover folds neatly away into an integrated pocket and can be hung out to dry on the small buckle next to the handle, or tucked away for storage in one of the pockets. When carrying, a chest belt and balancing waist strap are available for ultimate comfort, and the rucksack is also compatible with the Kata Insertrolley if wheel along transportation is needed.

I am very happy with my purchase. I'll outline the good and to be improved below. I rated it 4 stars because of the areas to improve. br / br /Kata DR467: br /Good: br /-Excellent construction and materials. br /-This bag carries well and looks great.- br /-It is stylish enough for business meetings.- br /-The laptop pocket is well protected and a good size. br /-Yellow interior is truly very visible and a nice feature. br / br /To be Improved: br /-the entire camera compartment should be lined with velco to allow unlimited adjustability. The camera/lens dividers have very limited adjustability and as such, my D700 with any lens is hard to fit and difficult to accommodate one more or even just a flash. br /-The water bottle holder is basically a joke as it will fit only very small bottles. This needs to be enlarged to accommodate at least .5 liters and ideally 1 liter bottles. Furthermore, there should one on both sides, after all, should we go dehydrated in exchange for carrying a small tripod? br /-It would be nice if the laptop compartment had a pocket for carrying papers/file folders. br / br /Manfrotto 790B: surprisingly light, compact when collapsed and sturdy. Well made, constructed, good clip locks for each of the four sections. Nice mounting point with cover. This works very well when you don't want to take a full tripod of the time to set one up.
