The camera is truly worthy of the name Canon. It's easy to use in the basic modes and offers vast potential for the serious camera enthusiast. The more I use it, the better I like it. The package kit also offers a better investment for your money if you are just starting out with a SLR. If you were to purchase these items separately, your cost would be quite a bit more.
