It's a little bulky but the amount of power it adds when I am on the road is priceless. My XP-41 tablet is constantly optimizing for power so the result is I have never run out of juice, even when I set my screen brightness at 100%. I also added an ultra base battery I found at Overstock (Manufacturer Part Number: 92P1006) so I can get up to 11 hours of power. Considering that my travel day can last up to 30 hours, this is a luxury! I keep my 4-cell as a handy backup. When you travel as much as I do, you can't have too much power.

My experience with this battery was not as good as the first reviewer. Initially, it gave me 4-6 hours of continuous work. I was able to give a 2.5 hour lecture on one charge, easily. Slowly, the battery started deteriorating and after 10 months the work time was down to one hour.

This battery, new, is giving me 5-6 hours per charge. The 4-cell it replaced gave about 1.5 so I am happy. If you use it bear in mind that it sticks out an inch and a half beyond the edge of the laptop whereas the 4-cell is flush. It is also quite heavy so it detracts from the nice slim and portable nature of the X41.
